크롬친화세포종, Pheochromocytoma

원 cause 인	크롬친화세포종은 드문 종양이다. 이 종양은 부신수질에서 발생한다. 종양에서 노르에피네프린norepinephrine, 에피네프린epinephrine과 도파민dopamine분비되어 • Pheochromocytoma is a rare tumor. • These tumors arise from the adrenal medulla. • Norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine are secreted from the tumor.
증상 symptoms	그로 인해 여러 가지 증상 징후가 생길 수 있다. 두통, 땀, 빈박증, 고혈압, 복통, 등통, 뇌압 증가, 악성 고혈압, 창백, 기립성 저혈압, 변비, 정신 이상, 시야 혼탁, 체중감소, 다뇨, 다음, 심장 병, 2형 당뇨병 등 증상 징후가 생길 수 있다. • It can cause a number of symptoms. • Headache, sweating, tachycardia, high blood pressure, abdominal pain, back pain, increased intracranial pressure, malignant hypertension, pallor, orthostatic hypotension, constipation, insanity, blurred vision, weight loss, polyuria, Daum, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, etc. can occur
진단 dignosis	병력 + 증상 징후 + 진찰소견 그리고 노르에피네프린, 에피네프린과 도파민 또 이 두 호르몬의 부산물을 검사해 진단한다. 24시간 소변 검사 피검사 부신 CT, MRI, MIBG, PET 등 영상검사로 진단한다. • Diagnosis is made by examining medical history + symptom signs + examination findings and norepinephrine, epinephrine and dopamine, as well as by-products of these two hormones. • 24-hour urine test • blood test • Diagnosis by imaging tests such as adrenal CT, MRI, MIBG, and PET
치료 treatment	수술로 종양을 제거하고 알파차단제와 베타 차단제 등 고혈압 조절제로 치료한다. The tumor is surgically removed and treated with antihypertensive drugs such as alpha-blockers and beta-blockers.
