Puberty and Adolescence

(Moshy’s medical dictionary 4th Ed.

Puberty and Adolescence

• In prepubertal children, when puberty begins, the hypothalamus in the brain starts to secrete gonadotropin releasing hormone/GnRH,

• When stimulated with gonadotropin, hypothalamus → anterior pituitary lobe → gonadotropin is activated.

• And then, Puberty begins.

• Puberty is the stage of “secondary sexual characteristics and fertility capable of producing babies”.

A life cycle can be divided into neonatal, infancy, infancy, school age, puberty, adulthood, and old age. Puberty is one of the usual steps from the world of children to the world of adults.

• Purity is also referred to as a “difficult period of one’s life,” a “confused period,” a “complex period,” or a “difficult period in one’s life.”

• Nevertheless, futures are just some of the life-long stages that every child must pass through.

• The society of children living in the future is sometimes referred to as the “Puvertie society”.

• There are many people who view society in a strange way. By the way, for one reason or another, puberty is sometimes used as an equivalent of puberty.

• Some of the problems of the future society that often occur and can be seen in the future society are difficult for parents or some of the older generation to understand.

• However, most of the complex problems commonly seen in the future society are just one aspect of their normal growth and development, and usually resolve naturally after the future has passed.

• It is not an exaggeration to say that most of the problems that arise in the future society will naturally resolve over time. In other words, the solution to most problems is almost always time.

• During puberty there is “the ability to develop secondary sexual characteristics and produce babies”. Puberty is a stage of puberty.

• Puberty and puberty are different medical terms.

• In other words, puberty is a stage of growth and development belonging to puberty, but puberty and puberty are not the same terms.

• However, many people use the terms puberty and puberty as the same terms. (See Moshy’s medical dictionary 4th Ed. Jeongdam Media and Medical Glossary, Chapter 5 of the Korean Medical Association)

• The term ‘Puberty’ is sometimes used interchangeably with ‘Adolescence’ or ‘Adolescence’.

• Some of the commonly used “young people” will belong to the future.

• The innate personality, constitution, genetics, hormones, and health of each child, including the physical, mental, psychological, social, sexual, etc. It may vary depending on condition, nutrition, surrounding environment, family, national society, economy, etc.

When Puberty comes to the girls

• When most girls reach the age of 8-10, gonadotropin is secreted from the hypothalamus, and as a result, the anterior pituitary gland begins to secrete progesterone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), resulting in secondary Puberty begins with the onset of sexual characteristics. Note that puberty and puberty are two different terms.

• Then, under the influence of those hormones, the ovaries become more mature and the ovaries produce estrogen and progesterone, the female sex steroid hormones, and as a result, an egg matures and an egg is ovulated there.

• After Puberty comes and ovulation begins, a Puberty girl can become pregnant if she has intercourse, and when she becomes pregnant, she can give birth to a baby.

• These growth and development stages may vary somewhat depending on the child that Puberty came from.

• Estrogen is produced in the ovary and under the influence of estrogen, the height accelerates and the breast develops into adult gynecomastia during only 4 to 5 years of puberty, and hair grows on the armpits.

• Pimples appear on the face and sweat glands develop vigorously, so you start to sweat a lot.

• Menarche usually occurs about two years after the breasts develop and begin to grow.

• When the girls that Puberty comes from are around 11 to 12 years old, their height grows at their highest rate.

• For one to two years after menarche, it is normal for kidney growth to be slower than before.

• During the Puberty period, estrogen is secreted vigorously, and as a result, a lot of fat is accumulated in the subcutaneous adipose tissue layer.

• The process by which a girl’s future comes to her is somewhat different for each girl or for several conditions.

When Puberty comes to the boys

• When most boys reach puberty when they are 9-14 years old, the hypothalamus secretes gonadotropin releasing hormone/GnRH, and the anterior pituitary of boys secretes progesterone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). starts to become Under the influence of that hormone, the testes begin to secrete testosterone. • After that, the amount of testosterone secretion increases gradually.

• Under the influence of the testosterone hormone, the testicles enlarge, the penis enlarges, and sperm are produced and sometimes ejaculate.

• During the period when secondary sexual characteristics appear in boys, the first testicles begin to grow and

• After about 6 months, the pubic hair and armpit hair start to grow.

• You start to get pimples on your face.

• The penis gets bigger and bigger and looks like that of an adult male.

• It is normal to have a beard on your face about 3 years after the hair starts to grow.

• Boys with Puberty grow the fastest when they are 13 or 14 years old.

• Here is a general description of the cycle between puberty and puberty.
