1q21.1 Deletion Syndrome, 1q21.1 상실 증후군

원인

상염색체 1의 미세부분 1q21.1이 상실돼서 생기는 염색체 이상 유전병이다.
유병률은 성장 발육 지연이나 저능아들 중의 0.2% 이다.
chromosome 1q21.1 deletion syndrome, 1.35-Mb, 1q21.1 contiguous gene deletion, 1q21.1 deletion 등 다른 이름으로 부르기도 한다.

증상 징후

얼굴형태 이상이 경도로 생긴다.
소두증, 눈 이상, 심장기형, 요로생식기 이상, 골격 장애, 정신분열, 수면장애,
뇌전증, 활동과대 및 정신집중 결여, 발육지연, 학습장애 등 여러 증상 징후가 생길 수 있다.

진단

병력, 증상징후, 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 이 병을 의심하면 염색체 핵형분석해서 진단할 수

있다.

치료

증상 징후에 따라 치료한다.
