성염색체 우성 또는 상염색체 우성Sex chromosome dominant or autosomal dominant

신 세관 폐쇄증, 신 간질 염증과 섬유화증, 소상 사구체 경화증Renal tubular atresia, renal interstitial inflammation and fibrosis, microglomerular sclerosis

무증상 현미경적 혈뇨와 때로는 육안적 혈뇨, 단백뇨, 신경성 청력상실로 난청 및 농아, 백내장 등 눈에 이상Asymptomatic microscopic hematuria and sometimes gross hematuria, proteinuria, neurogenic hearing loss, deafness, deafness, and eye abnormalities such as cataracts

병력, 진찰, 소변 청력검사, 신장 생체검사

Medical history, examination, urinalysis, kidney biopsy

대증치료, 필요에 따라 신장이식Symptomatic treatment, kidney transplant if necessary

20~30 대에 신장 부전증Kidney failure in the 20s and 30s
