상염색체 우성 autosomal dominant

쇄골 결손, 두개골 봉합선 골화지연, 생치지연 Defect of the clavicle, delayed ossification of the cranial suture, delayed growth

경도 내지 중등도 단신, 전두개 측두개 후두개의 돌출과 단두증, 유양돌기 공기화 부전, 중간 얼굴뼈의 발육부전, 낮은 비교, 좁고 높은 구개, 작은 접형골, 일부 또는 완전 무쇄골, 때로는 근육결손, 손가락 길이 비대칭적, 손기형, 긴 제이 중수골, 뾰죽 한 말단 수지골, 구부러진 손톱, 좌골 지연성 석회화, 좁은 골반, 넓은 대퇴골 두부, 짧은 대퇴골 경, 경추 늑골, 작은 견갑골, 척주 측만증, 척주 후만곡증, 골 경화증, 청력 감소, 구개파열, 내반고 등.Mild to moderate short stature, frontotemporal epiglottis protrusion and monocephalus, mastoid insufficiency, mid facial bone hypoplasia, low comparison, narrow and high palate, small sphenoid bone, partial or complete achondroplasia, sometimes muscle loss, finger Length asymmetry, hand malformation, long second metacarpal, pointed distal finger bones, curved nails, delayed sciatic calcification, narrow pelvis, broad femoral head, short femoral neck, cervical ribs, small scapula, scoliosis, kyphosis, osteosclerosis , hearing loss, cleft palate, varus height, etc.
