상염색체 우성 유전autosomal dominant inheritance

손톱 미영양증, 손 발바닥 각화부전증, 모발육 부전증Nail dystrophy, palmar plantar keratosis, alopecia areata

중수지절관절 부, 주관절, 액와부, 유두주위 피부, 치골부 피부에 과 색소침착, 두발의 발육부전, 탈모, 손톱 발육 부전, 소톱의 형성 장애, 백내장, 사시, 정신박약, 단신 등. Hyperpigmentation of metacarpophalangeal joints, elbow joint, axillary region, peri-papillary skin, and pubis skin, hypoplasia of hair, hair loss, nail dysplasia, dysplasia of small nail, cataract, strabismus, mental weakness, short stature, etc.
