De Lange syndrome

NIPBL 유전변이로 생긴다. 유병율은 50,000 신생아 중 1명꼴이다. It is caused by a genetic mutation in NIPBL. The prevalence is 1 in 50,000 newborns.

눈썹 숱이 많고(미모밀생), 위 입술의 위치가 하행. The eyebrows are thick (pretty dense), and the position of the upper lip is downward.

출생 전, 출생 후 성장지연, 먹이기가 곤란하고, 정신운동 발육지연, 행동장애, 출생시 현저한 성장지연, 근육 긴장 과다, 지능저하, 정신박약, 육체적 행동이 느리고, 저음 미약 울음, 활동과다, 다모증, 골발육 지연, 소완, 소두증, 길고 곱슬 눈썹, 작은 벌렁 코, 고 아취 구개, 작은 턱, 발육 부전성 유두, 작은 팔 다리증, 단지증, 원선, 합지증, 잠복 고환, 근시, 시신경 위축, 안구돌출, 후비공 폐쇄, 구개 파열, 서혜부 탈장증, 뇌전증, 청력상실, 심장기형, 위식도역류 등의 증상 징후가 생길 수 있다.

Growth retardation before and after birth, difficulty in feeding, psychomotor growth retardation, behavioral disorder, significant growth retardation at birth, hypertonia, intellectual decline, mental weakness, slow physical activity, low-pitched crying, hyperactivity, hirsutism, osteogenesis retardation, small arms, microcephaly, long, curly eyebrows, small bulging nose, high arched palate, small jaw, hypoplasia papillae, small extremity, hypertrichosis, spondylolisthesis, syndactyly, latent testis, myopia, optic nerve atrophy, protrusion, posterior nasal obstruction, cleft palate, inguinal hernia, epilepsy, hearing loss, cardiac malformation, gastroesophageal reflux, etc. may occur.

대증치료 symptomatic treatment

대개 성인이 되기까지 정상적으로 살 수 없다. They usually cannot live normally until they reach adulthood.
