Down disease

매 800명 생존 신생아 출생아 중 한명 꼴로 몽고증이 있는 신새아가 출생한다. (소스, 5, 2022 AAP News).

상염색체 유전병, 삼염색체성 21/정상 모자이크현상, D/G와 G/G전좌, 즉 완전 삼 염색체성 21 증후군(94%), 삼 염색체성 21 증후군/정상 모자이크 형(2.4%), 전좌(3.3%).

근력 저하, 모로 반사가 약하게 나타나고, 관절의 굴곡이 과도하고, 목 뒤에 과도 피부, 납작한 얼굴, 몽고인 추벽, 정신박약, 작은 귓바퀴, 짧은 목, 골반형성 장애, 40%에서 심장 기형, 작은 음경, 다섯째 손가락의 중간 지골의 형성장애, 완선 등.

Decreased muscle strength, weak Moro reflex, excessive joint flexion, excessive skin on the back of the neck, flat face, Mongolian chubby wall, mental weakness, small auricle, short neck, pelvic dysplasia, heart deformity in 40%, small penis, fifth Dysplasia of the middle phalanges of the fingers, armpits, etc.

정신박약(100%), 단두증, 납작한 후두, 대천문 폐쇄지연, 전두동 발육부전 내지 형성장애, 적거나 없는 귀 불알, 안 내췌피, 홍채 반점, 백내장, 원시나 근시, 치아 발육부전, 짧은 중수골과 수지골, 엄지발가락과 둘째 발가락 사이가 넓다. 동맥관 개존증, 심방 중격 결손증, 심실 중격 결손증, 건성 피부, 섬세하고 부드러운 두발, 곧은 치모, 작은 음경, 100% 불임 등.

Mental weakness (100%), epilepsy, flat larynx, delayed grand acetabulum, hypoplasia or dysplasia of the frontal sinus, little or no ear balls, intraocular pancreas, iris macula, cataract, hyperopia or myopia, hypoplasia, short metacarpal The finger bone, between the big toe and the second toe, is wide. Patient ductus arteriosus, atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, dry skin, delicate soft hair, straight hair, small penis, 100% infertility, etc.
