Fanconi syndrome with pancytopenia and multiple malformations

상염색체 약성

autosomal Recessive

요골이 있는 쪽 상단지 발육 부전, 과 색소 침착, 범 혈구 감소증, 빈혈 (Fanconi’s anaemia)

Radial upper limb hypoplasia, hyperpigmentation, pancytopenia, anemia (Fanconi’s anaemia)

다양 기형, 단신, 작은 두골, 엄지손가락이 없든지 발육 부전, 비장 발육 부전, 갈색 피부 반점, 소 음경, 소 고환, 잠복고환, 정신박약, 안검하수, 사시, 소안, 조기 노안, 이륜 발육 부전, 갈라진 엄지손가락, 첫째 중수골 발육부전 내지 무형성, 수근골 수 감소, 합지증, 고관절 탈구, 백혈병발생, 요도하열, 잠복 고환 등 Variety of malformations, short stature, small skull, absent thumb or underdevelopment, spleen underdevelopment, brown skin spots, small penis, bovine testis, latent testis, mental retardation, ptosis, strabismus, small eyes, premature presbyopia, two-wheeled hypoplasia, Cleft thumb, hypoplasia or aplasia of the first metacarpal bone, decreased number of carpal bones, synsynthesis, hip dislocation, leukemia, hypourethral fever, latent testes, etc.
