돌연변이 또는 상염색체 약성 유전 mutation or autosomal recwssive

다형 피부증, 국소 피부발육부전증, 합지증, 치아 기형. Polymorphic dermatosis, focal hypoplasia, syndactyly, dental malformation

피부착색과 선상 피부발육부전, 모세혈관 확장증, 지방종결절, 항문 또는 입술주위 혈관 섬유종성 결절, 좁고 발육이 부전되고 쇠퇴된 손톱, 발육부전된 치아, 법랑질 발육부전, 치아 불규칙 발생, 발가락 손가락에 합지증(특히 셋째와 넷째 손가락), 사시, 흉추 결손증, 소안증, 단신, 과 운동성 관절, 정신박약, 소두, 일부 탈모, 심장기형, 허니아, 골비대층증, 척주 측만증, 쇄골 발육부전 또는 쇄골 무형성증, 치골융합부전증, 다지증, 무지증, 파열 손. Skin pigmentation and glandular hypoplasia, telangiectasia, lipomas, anal or peri-lip angiofibromatous nodules, narrow, underdeveloped and withered nails, underdeveloped teeth, enamel hypoplasia, irregular occurrence of teeth, syndactyly on the toes (especially the third and fourth fingers), strabismus, thoracic vertebrae defect, microphthalmia, short stature, hypermotor joints, mental weakness, small head, some hair loss, heart malformation, hernia, hypertrophy of the bones, scoliosis, clavicle hypoplasia or aplasia of the clavicle, pubis Dyssynthesis, polydactyly, agnosticism, ruptured hand.
