Milroy disease

염색체 팔 5q의 이상. 혈관외 액체가 증가되고 림프관을 눌러 림프관내 림프액의 정상 흐름이 막히게 되어 국소적 부종이 생기는 병이다. Abnormalities in chromosome arm 5q. It is a disease that causes localized edema due to increased extravascular fluid and pressure on the lymphatic vessels to block the normal flow of intralymphatic lymphatic fluid.

여성에게 더 많이 생기고 이 병이 있는 쪽에 비 함요형성 나무같이 딱딱한 다리 부종. Occurs more in women and edema of the non-pitted, hard leg on the affected side

이 병이 생긴 다리가 퉁퉁 붓고 보기가 흉하다. The affected leg is swollen and unsightly.

병력 진찰 림프관 그람 검사. medical history lymphatic gram test

관찰적 치료 observational treatment

연구균 감염성 봉와염과 림프관염이 생기기 쉽다. Research bacteria infectious cellulitis and lymphangitis are easy to occur.
