프라더 윌리 증후군의 유병률은 15,000명 출생에 1명 꼴이다.프라더 윌리 증후군의 95%는 부계 염색체 15의 일부(15q11-q13) 결여 또는 전부 결여로 생길 수 있다. The prevalence of Prader-Willi Syndrome is 1 in 15,000 births. 95% of Prader-Willi Syndrome It can be caused by a lack of part or all of the paternal chromosome 15 (15q11-q13). |

단신이거나 정상 키, 정신박약(IQ 20~80), 근긴장저하증, 사시, 소음경, 잠복고환, 법랑질 발육부전, 소두증, 합지증, 이륜 연골의 발육 부전, 망막색소 변성증, 외부생식기 발육 부전, 갑상선 기능 저하증, 만성 신우신염, 신경성 농아, 안구 진탕증 등. Short or normal stature, mental retardation (IQ 20-80), hypotonia, strabismus, scrotum, occult testis, enamel hypoplasia, microcephaly, syndactyly, bichondrial underdevelopment, retinitis pigmentosa, exogenous hypoplasia, thyroid function Hypothyroidism, chronic pyelonephritis, deafness nervosa, nystagmus, etc. |
