필레 증후군 (Pyle’s syndrome). Fillet’s Syndrome |
상염색체 우성 또는 약성 유전 Autosomal dominant or weak inheritance |
비교 골성 웨지(설), 골간 단 확대, 외번슬 Comparative osseous wedge (lingual), interosseous short extension, eccentric knee |
정상 키 또는 장신, 두골저, 두골 상부, 안골, 하악골이 두꺼워지고, 골 공기화가 없고, 특이하게 두꺼워진 안와 상부, 특이하게 두꺼워진 코뼈 웨지(설), 작은 코, 양안 먼 거리증, 안구돌출, 각종 뇌신경이 나오는 구멍들이 작아지고 그에 따른 뇌신경 결여, 두통, 비강이 좁아지고 비염이 생긴다. 생치 이상이 생길 수 있고, 내반슬, 넓은 내측 쇄골, 늑골이 넓어짐, 납작한 척추체외 비정상적 척주 등. Normal stature or stature, base of the skull, upper skull, thickening of the fossa, mandible, no bone aeration, unusually thickened upper orbit, unusually thickened nasal bone wedge (lingual), small nose, binocular distance syndrome, orbital protrusion , the holes from which various cranial nerves exit are reduced, resulting in lack of cranial nerves, headache, narrowing of the nasal passages, and rhinitis. Abnormal teeth may occur, such as varus knee, wide medial clavicle, widened ribs, flat vertebrae, abnormal extracorporeal column, etc. |

일부 뇌신경이 정상적으로 두골 밖으로 나올 수 없고 뇌나 뇌신경이 눌리기 때문에 상당한 신경 장애가 생길 수 있다. Some cranial nerves cannot normally come out of the skull, and significant nerve disorders can occur because the brain or cranial nerves are compressed |
