조밀하고 두껍고 잘 부서지는 골, 이차성 범혈구 감소증, 뇌신경 압축증 Dense, thick and brittle bone, secondary pancytopenia, cranial nerve compression |
하악골 등 두껍고 조밀하고 잘 부서지는 골, 말단 지골 일부 무형성, 직선 대퇴골, 대두증과 전두골 돌출, 뼈 속에 뼈가 생기는 현상, 골수 강이 적어지고 그로 인해 범 혈구감소증이 생기고 각종 뇌신경이 나오는 구멍이 작아져서 뇌신경 마비, 시력상실 등이 생길 수 있고, 뇌수종도 생길 수 있다. 혈 중 칼슘농도가 낮을 수도 있고 인의 농도는 증가될 수 있다. 출생 후 바로 증상이 나타날 수 있고 소아기 초기에 거의 사망한다. Symptoms may appear immediately after birth, and death is rare in early childhood. |
