Wiedemann-Beckwith Syndrome, 베크위트-비드만증후군
Wiedemann-Beckwith Syndrome을 Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome 이라고도 한다.

벡위드–비이데만 증후군(Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome) |
CDKNIC 돌연변이로 인해 생긴다. 염색체 11p15 이상도 발견된다. It is caused by a CDKNIC mutation. Chromosome 11p15 abnormalities are also found. |
성장 이상, 큰 혀증(대설증), 내장 거대증, 복벽결손(제류), 거구증, 태아 부신의 거대세포증, 빌름스 종양 등 태아 종양, 배곱내장 탈장, 신장기형, 자폐증 등. Growth abnormality, lingual dystrophy, visceral giantosis, abdominal wall defect (jeryu), macrocytosis, fetal adrenal giant cell disease, Wilms’ tumor, etc. |
큰 근육 덩이, 두껀 피하 조직, 정신박약, 돌출 눈, 안와 하부 발육 부전, 모세혈관성 화염상 모반, 전두 융성, 돌출 후두, 치아 부정교합, 큰 신장과 신장 형성 장애, 췌장 과다 형성과, 과섬 과다 형성, 태아 부신 피질 세포 과대, 성선 간질 세포 과다형성, 뇌하수체 양염세포 과다형성, 신생아 적혈구 증가증, 저혈당증, 제류, 그외 제 기형, 잠복고환, 제 허니아, 간비대, 소두증, 골격 비대층, 부신 악성 종양, 음핵 비대, 큰 난소, 비대 자궁, 쌍각 자궁, 반쪽 비대 등. Large muscle mass, subcutaneous tissue, mental retardation, bulging eyes, hypoorbital hypoplasia, capillary flammable nevus, frontal hyperplasia, bulging larynx, dental malocclusion, large kidney and renal dysplasia, pancreatic hyperplasia, hyperincillation hyperplasia , fetal adrenal cortical cell hyperplasia, gonadostromal cell hyperplasia, pituitary malignant cell hyperplasia, neonatal erythrocytosis, hypoglycemia, jejul, other malformations, latent testis, genital hernia, hepatomegaly, microcephaly, skeletal hypertrophy, adrenal malignancy, Clitoral hypertrophy, large ovary, hypertrophic uterus, bicornuate uterus, half-enlarged uterus, etc. |

부신 피질 호르몬 분비 이상으로 생기는 증상이 있을 수 있다. There may be symptoms caused by abnormal secretion of corticosteroids. |
