윌리암 뷰렌 증후군 Williams Beuren Syndrome |
7500~20,000 출생아 중 1명꼴로 생긴다. 7q11.23 미세결손으로 인해 생기고 염색체우성으로 유전된다. 그러나 대부분은 유전 돌연변이에 의해서 생긴다. It occurs in 1 in 7500 to 20,000 births. 7q11.23 It is caused by a micro-deletion and is inherited by chromosomal dominance. However, most are caused by genetic mutations. |
윌리암스 증후군은 유전병이다. 윌리암스 증후군이 있으면 상악 너비는 넓고 하악이 좁고 윗입술이 길고 이마가 넓고 크고 코가 위로 추켜져 있고 코등이 낮고 귓볼이 두드러지게 크다. 그래서 마치 꼬마 요정 얼굴과 비슷한 얼굴형을 갖는다. 결제조직이 연약해서 관절이 과도로 신장된다. 고혈압이 생길 수 있고 근육긴장 자저증이 생길 수 있고 영유아 때 성장실패증이 생길 수 있다. 경도 내지 중등도로 저능아가 될 수 있다. 성장 발육과 지능이 지연될 수 있다. 영아기에 혈 중 칼슘 농도가 비정상으로 높을 수 있다. 이 병이 있는 아이에게 대동맥판 상부 협착증이 있을 수 있고 폐동맥 협착증도 있을 수 있다. Williams syndrome is a hereditary disease. With Williams syndrome, the maxilla is wide, the mandible is narrow, the upper lip is long, and the forehead is wide. It is large, with a pointed nose, a low nose, and a noticeably large earlobe. So it has a face shape similar to that of an elf. Because the payment organization is weak, the joints overstretched. Hypertension may occur, hypotonia may occur, and infants and children may develop Growth failure may occur. May be mild to moderately impaired. Growth, development and intelligence may be delayed. During infancy, blood calcium levels may be abnormally high. A child with this disease may have stenosis of the aortic valve and may also have stenosis of the pulmonary artery.
