신세요관에서 인 흡수가 제한되어 저인산염혈증이 생긴다. 위장에서 인과 칼슘의 흡수가 감소될 수 있고 그에 따라 새골형성률이 감소된다. X-선 검사에 비타민 D 치료에 효과가 나타나지 않는 것이 발견될 수 있다. 활같이 휜 아래 다리, 저속도 골성장, 단신증, 동요성 보행, 내 반고, 법랑질 형성부전, 치은염, 치아맹출, 두개유합증, 장두개, 척주측만증, 가성 골절 등 Phosphorus absorption is restricted in the renal tubules, resulting in hypophosphatemia. Absorption of phosphorus and calcium from the stomach may be reduced, thereby reducing the rate of new bone formation. X-rays may show that vitamin D treatment is ineffective. Arched lower leg, low-velocity bone growth, short stature, swaying gait, varus, enamel hypoplasia, gingivitis, tooth eruption, craniosynostosis, long skull, scoliosis, pseudo fracture, etc. |
