Zellweger cerebrohepatorenal syndrome

상염색체 이상, 장애

(Peroxisome biogenesis)로 생긴다.

Autosomal abnormalities, disorders (Peroxisome biogenesis).

전형적인 특이한 얼굴 형, 심한 근무력증, 백내장, 녹내장, 각막혼탁, 출생후 몇 달만에 대개 사망 Typical unusual face shape – high forehead, non-sloping blepharoptosis, hypoplasia, superior orbital margin, intraocular pancreas, myasthenia gravis, neonatal convulsions, cataracts, glaucoma, corneal opacity, pigmented retinal lesions, optic nerve dysplasia, etc.

전형적인 특이한 얼굴 형–높은 이마, 경사지지 않은 안검열, 발육부전, 상안와 가장자리, 안 내췌피, 심한 근무력증, 신생아 경련, 백내장, 녹내장, 각막혼탁, 색소침착성 망막병변, 시신경 형성장애 등 Typical unusual face shape – high forehead, non-sloping blepharoptosis, hypoplasia, superior orbital margin, intraocular pancreas, myasthenia gravis, neonatal convulsions, cataracts, glaucoma, corneal opacity, pigmented retinal lesions, optic nerve dysplasia, etc.

병력, 진찰, 염색체 검사, 퍼록시솜와 카타라제 등 검사

대증치료symptomatic treatment

출생후 몇 달만에 대개 사망 Death usually occurs within a few months of birth
